I like going out for meals, will I have to stop this?

No way!! I too enjoy going out for meals, My main aim throughout my coaching is to educate my clients on ‘How’ to enjoy social events and meals out with friends and family. I have a selection of Nutritional Survival Guides in my client hub to help you out.

Out with our Personal Training session, how much support do I get?

I like to ensure my clients fill out a weekly accountability form, this is where they can give me feedback on their week with regards to training, nutrition, mindset and anything they feel is necessary for me to know. I also have quite a thorough FAQ section on my client hub for you to go to if you are stuck but failing that, you should always feel free to message me and I will get back to you when I can.
